W32.Sinnaka.A@mm

Question

When opening my home page I am taken to "needupdate.com" and the webpage tells me my computer is infected with the following:

Attention! Your system is under control of remote computer with IP address 227.4.167.118. The remote computer has access to the following folders on your PC:
And it shows that my private information is being collected by W32.Sinnaka.A@mm. Can you provide any help with this issue?

or you can try   http://www.hitmanpro2.nl    it just brings together all the software used today to eliminate spyware/adware. you might have to sign up and update each program one at a time. but in the end it saves you the hassle of having to download each program running and installing each program.   nevermind, apparently the site has been brought down. Many thanks for your help.  I to have been infected with this virus and have been trying for days to get rid of it.  In stumbling around, I found the Forum and it eliminated the problem.  I am extremely grateful.
