Your log looks clean.  No sign of WinFixer but there is a new stealth version out there now.  Get silent runners.vbs from
 
Run it as per
 
Then post the log probably as two replies.  I think it's a bit big for the forum.

Your Silent Runners log shows nothing either.  Are you running a firewall?  If not they may be getting in that way.   I recommend the free version of Zone Alarm. 
 
 
(decline the offer of a free trial).
 
 
Also it looks like you may be missing a lot of patches.  You should get to http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com and at least get the critical updates.
 
 
One more program to try.  The RootKitRevealer from Sysinternals.
 
 
See if it finds anything.
