Zone Alarm questions

Hi!,
In my Dimension 3000 I have installed AVG and Zone Alarm and Ewido. Now I got a message from the firewall saying that "PTP/IP Enumerator is asking for access. Also asking for access is "dlbserv.exe". What I should tell to the firewall? Are these legal programs? .
In addition I found that after run the AVG two programs were underlined. "Kernel32dll" and "Shell32dll". After the scan, the results page said in each case : CHANGE, and both are CHANGED. (accorde with AVG). This mean I have virus?
Please any comments or directions will be appreciated.
Thank you in advance.

Oscar,

dlbcserv.exe is a process installed alongside Dell Photo Printers and provides additional configuration options for these devices. This program is a non-essential process, but should not be terminated unless suspected to be causing problems.

On those 2 files Kernel32dll and the other one ending in dll, was it .dll or just dll, i.e. kernel32dll or kernel32.dll

Thank you Steve,
The files read "kernell32.dll" , and "shell32.dll"
What about "PTP/IP" (enumerator)? should I continue rejecting the access?
Thank you very much Steve.

Steve,
You mean that I should deny access to the "PTP/IP, Enumerator" ?
Thank you
