Hello FLD_MS,

The procedure for replacing an SP is for tech support, partners and field techs.  You will need to open a support case in order to get an SP replaced as there are steps that support needs to do both before and after the SP replacement.  SP replacement is not a customer replaceable part.

We are support partner.
I want to confirm the contents of the procedure before a failure occurs.
If there is any procedure that can be used as a reference, could you share it?
