Performance Warning alert on VMAX 20K
Hi,
I am receiving this alert on VMAX in last few days.
Can anyone suggest how should I attend the issue?

Did you have Unisphere with Performance Analyzer installed? If yes, check the KPI´s of the Storage Group for further analysis. Things to check:
IOPS
Read Write Ratio
IO Size
Throughput
Then check the Storage Config, did you have Striped or Concat Volumes etc......
Also look at the FC Ports on the Switch, i have a Server with terrible Response Times of 1600 and more and this relies on a defective FC Port in my Case.

Hi,
If there is no hardware failures and still you are facing the same issues, you can engage EMC team for analyzing the logs. You can collect the STP logs for a particular time, when you faced the issue, to generate the performance report. EMC team will analyzes the STP logs and get back to you with the reason and action plans.
