problem with drive spare cru process for vmax

hello for the first time i have implemented drive spare cru process for a customer that has changed contract..

i  follow SYM-PSB-349 but  when i launch unisphere 1.6.x the spare task under alarm and m.  doesn't appear..

tick for cru was changed into symmwin site info , but since customer change contract after disk repl process create the tipical bad task for ce into symmwin , may be is there the problem ?

i mean only after i have changed tick cru into symmwin we can seecru spare replacement task itno unisphere for customer ?

si only for this time i have to proceed with normale ce procedure ?

or there is a different user for unisphere for customer ?
