SPA: high response time values for only one disk

Hello, I get some values in the Symmetrix Performance Analyzer where I am not sure what that should tell me. If I compare all 1TB Raid6 disks on a disk adapter in the Symmetrix Performance Analyzer I see one disk that has an Utilization of 44% with peaks up to 60% compared to the other with busy values between 23% and 19%. What puzzles me is that all the other metrics in the SPA Diagnostic view are pretty similar apart from Avg Qeue Depth (6 compared to 2) and Avg Response Time (70 compared to 15). The IO/sec, Avg Read/Write Size and Seeks/Seek Distance per sec are similar. How can the response time be different by that factor, when the IO/sec, the size of the IO and the seek values are identical, am I missing some other values?

Sounds like the disk is having troubles.  I would suggest you open a ticket to see if it could be replaced.
