Vmax 10K Door alerts
Hello;
I have a customer who installed Vmax 10k in third party rack, the rack has not door and the Vmax is sending alerts about LED Vmax door.
is there some way to avoid this kind of alert or can I set flexfilter to this error?

Which tools your customer receive the alerts? I believe the filter might probably be set through Symmwin, You might query your customer engineer about it.

Is that an ECC alert or Unisphere alert which tool it been used?
Does it creating a dialhome for this ?
