Need help with VMware ESXi 8.0 on Optiplex 3080 SFF

I just purchased this used Dell for the sole purpose of installing VMware ESXi and running 3 VM machines off it.  Apparently there has been some huge changes at VMware and they no longer have the free version.  I saw that Dell has their own Flavor of ESXI but using google and the support site I am stuck in a loop.  I have it installed and appears to be running fine.  I just need to activate it.  Been looking for an hour for an email to contact someone at Dell to direct me to the proper person/department.

FYI I just need the basic ESXI (under the old ownership it was free for my use) want to host game servers locally.
