I need help configuring SRM.

Currently I have installed SRA in UnityVSA in SRM and
There is nothing wrong with the compatibility test.

I have installed all plug-ins and configured the Array Manager for the protected and recovery sites.

After installing RSA and entering information about UnityVSA in the local array manager on the array pair, the phrase appears and says that it cannot be connected.

Currently, the ping with UnityVSA has been communicated normally, and the log also shows succeeded: Principal User admin LocalDirectory/Local.

But it doesn't connect.
If anyone has the same symptoms as me, please let me know the solution.
