Calculating optimal size for LUNs on VNX.

is there a equation or online calculator that allow one to calculate the optimal size for a LUN based on the customers request for a LUN on the VNX? Meaning a customer may request 1TB, but the calculations might suggest that for optimal performance from the LUN the user would need 1.25TB. Just saying. Let me know.

No calculator since it depends on your config, client and application
