If you have Naviseccli installed, you can use chrg -defrag to start an immediate defrag. Looks like the command is still in place in the Command Reference for Block document.

I cannot find any official document telling it for sure, are you able to find it?

I dont see defrag available in CLI for rel 33

I remember hearing that its not available in MCx based arrays
