Can't access VNX engineering mode through Remote Desktop
Hi,
Please I am accessing a VNX using a remote desktop and I want to enter the engineering mode and I can not use Ctl,shft, and f12
is there another way to access engineering mode

yes, go to Accessories, Ease of Access > On-Screen Keyboard

Hi,
If you are in Unisphere Dashboard, sometimes you wont get popup for engineering mode.
then you need to Select the desired array from the Unisphere Dashboard and then try to go engineering mode.
It works.
Else perform the steps as mentioned by Dynamox.

I believe you are using some remote desktop tools like Ammy Admin, where you are facing difficulty in sending key combinations. You can try On-Screen Keyboard (Start menu > Run > osk )as mentioned by Dynamox ..
