I think average isnt kept on Unity - that would have to be through external monitoring tools

currently active you can get via server_cifs audit for CIFS sessions

for NFS see server_nfs and netstat

From what I remember there are also stats available for it via server_stats

just see the man page and use the command to list the stats supported

Looking at the white papers and manuals doesnt hurt either
