it's also impossible to access by using the internal ip
u can find an attached file which can help u to help me

was it properly installed using the correct CS replacement procedure and the CD?
who did the replacement?
if you can't login through ssh it could have a number of reasons like:
not in multi-user runlevel
ext. interface not cabled or configured
....

hi,
thanks for your reply
i did the replacement myself with the same P/N with another version of NAScode( 5.6.47.11)
the dart code on the defective cs was
5.6.45.5
it's well cable
i also noted that we can't connect with the user "nasadmin"
we can only connect to the CS with "root" and password"nasadmin" with hyperterminal
regards

Hi,
I would suggest to work with EMC service or an authorized service partner.
They can generate a procedure specific for your platform and code.
Just replacing the hardware isnt enough - you need to follow the recovery procedure using a boot CD with the same DART code as installed on the data movers.
From your symptoms and output it looks like the procedure wasnt followed - the nasadmin account and the external interface (eth3) get created during that procedure as well as some config recovery.
regards
Rainer
P.S.: I you have a Powerlink ID the support section at https://community.emc.com/community/support/celerra?view=overview - this section here is for software developers and doesnt see many people familiar with Celerra operation.
