This should go like this:
- Create VDM first
- Create CIFS server on the VDM
- Create CIFS FS and mount it
- Create CIFS Share

Thanks for the reply. I've done this alredy:
-Create network interface
-Create vdm
-Create FS
Should I delete the FS and then go back create CIFS first or am I ok?
Thanks again!

you can use native window MMC, right click on my computer, Manage, Select "Connect to another computer", enter the name of your CIFS server and voila ..just like physical windows box.
