DM 0 data mover 3: offline

Question

Hi all,

I've changed DM's I/O module from 10Gb/s twinax to 10Gb/s spf on both DM (slot0). After this change has been appeared this warning "DM0 data mover 3: offline".

I'm checking the logs but all appeared good..

Any advice?

If there is no error in the data mover logs it might just be an issue with UniSphere not clearing to alert I think there was a KB article on how to clear alerts – if not just ask support

Just done.

I've configure DM 3 as primary DM ( 2 primary DM 2 and 3) and them I've send slot_setup command on DM3 and then reboot DM3. After I've checked alert page on unisphere and the alert hasn't been disappeared.

After I've reconfigured the relationship between DM (DM2 primary, DM3 standby) and reboot DM3...the alert persist

Then I would suggest to remove and re-configure the standby DM I that doesn’t help please open a service request or use the customer service live chat
