Does MetaLun improve the IOPS performance?
I have a lun runing in the raidgroup with 14 SAS 10K disk. this lun's total IOPS exceeds 4000 in peak time which is aboe the 150iops per disk standard. Besides of the Pool which contain more disks, Can I expand the Lun with strip the same capacity lun in another raidgroup? Does this grouped meta lun utilize all the SAS disk IO in two raidgroup and boost the IO performance?

Yes, the more LUNs (which means more drives) in a stripped component, the better the performance.
