ESX Host Powerpath Error

We use Powerpath on or ESX 4.1 Hosts. I noticed one Host has single HBA visibility to storage(Zero-Targets/Devices/Paths). The other HBA is fine. The SAN team verified everything on there end.

I powercycled the Host and saw a bunch of these warnings scroll off the screen [‘Storage Info’ warning] Unable to name LUN. Cannot set display name on this device. Unable to guarantee name will not change across reboots or media change.

In addition, the Powerpath error shown on the attached image. Anybody ever come across this?

Thanks. I have confirmed this as a benign anomaly with a couple of different sources. The HBA connectivity appears to be unrelated to those messages. We are still troubleshooting.

On a forum note. This was my first post but, I am unable to reply via the forum interface. I’m logged in but, I don’t see any options for responding etc. Once I figure that out I’ll give you credit.
