FileMover API Result Code Question

Question

Hello - We are running some DHSM scans via the API to retrieve offline file attributes. Our Celerra reports that it supports v1.5 of the API, although the docs I have from this site only reference up to v1.4. Sometimes when we call DHSM_GET_BULK_ATTRS we get back a response collection that looks OK but in the RESULT block it reports RESULT='FALSE' VALUE='IO_ERROR'.   Obviously, this is some kind of an I/O error, but this return code is not documented and we do not know what caused the operation to fail. Can anyone shed some light on possible causes or remediations? Thanks, Mike Horgan
