How can I find out the hours needed to wipe the storage size ?

Hi all, how can I find out the number of hours needed to write zeros into the storage below ? I will be using the method below .

Model: EMC VNXe 3200

Disks: 3 x 200GB flash drive for fast cache

           31 x 300GB 15K RPM SAS drives

Model: EMC Data Domain 2200

Disk: 14TB raw capacity

I don't believe there is any way to estimate how long this will take. It could be hours, could be longer. Make sure you have deleted all objects off first, so that nothing is configured.

Hello doranlum,

As Glen stated I am not seeing any way to calculate the time that it will take to zero out the drives. In most cases I have had customer that start the process and check on the system every few days until they see that it has completed.
