How to create a administratif share CIFS
Hello,i want to create a share cifs with $.But when the wizard finish and will create the share i have a error. ex i want to create a share cifs called test$.thanks.

I will try to create a share $ via unisphere.

Are you trying this with unisphere or Windows?
I woukd try to use computer management fron your workstation / server to connect to the VNXe and create the share that way.let me know if this works.

But if you can create the share within Computer Management we can see if this is a specifc unisphere error and not an error somewhere else. Please try this and let me know?
