IOPS number for the SSD
We have two different SSD drive:
One listed as FC SSD WITH Raw Capacity with 366.797G & Other listed as SATA ii SSD with 183.444 G .
Do both of these drive offer same IOPS ( Conservative Number 2500 IOPS).

I think Drive size should not matter if the Latency and R/W seek time is same, You can verify it from your end using this formula
IOPS = 1/[average latency (in sec) + average read/write seek time (in sec)]
