Thanks for replying but the link you posted fails.... I'm using the same account as posting here.  Is there anyway you can just send a PDF of the KB or a link to a more public location?

Hi,

Resolution of the KB says:-

The customer should collect all support materials using either the /nas/tools/collect_support_materials script or if available the newer /nas/tools/automaticcollection script. Refer to solution [ArticleLink UrlName=emc135846-Automatic-Log-and-Dump-Collection-Celerra-TLC-Feature] for more information about the automaticcollection script. Once the support materials are collected, contact the EMC Customer Support Center or EMC Customer Service representative for technical assistance. Please quote this solution ID.
