Linux Device Mapper settings for VNX 5300 array

Question

Hi Can some one EMC expert please post the Linux device mapper settings required for EMC VNX 5300 array? In the past some one from EMC provided me device mapper setings for Clariron array. I am using RHEL 6.1 and SLES 11 SP1. Here is the device mapper settings for Clariion array for the help of the community. EMC publishes a recommended device-mapper-multipath configuration for use with the CLARiiON line of SANs. For the CLARiiON to work properly with device-mapper-multipath, the following device section should be added to /etc/multipath.conf. devices{ ## Device attributes for CLARiiON devices device {   vendor 'DGC  '  product '*'  path_grouping_policy    group_by_prio  getuid_callout '/sbin/scsi_id -g -u -s /block/%n'  prio_callout '/sbin/mpath_prio_emc /dev/%n'  path_checker emc_clariion  path_selector 'round-robin 0'  features '1 queue_if_no_path'  no_path_retry           300  hardware_handler        '1 emc'  failback immediate } } The 'defaults' section can be commented out or removed. Did you try looking at the host configuration guide for Linux ? Its available from Powerlink in the eLab section

When you say Elab, Elab is a sea. Where in Elab? First of all there is no single word as Elab on the powerlink. I saw Elab Interoperablility Navigator. But then it has lot many thnigs among which i did not see Host Configuration Guide fir Linux.

i provided the link to Host config guide for Linux in the other thread, those are EMC recommended seetings. If they did not work , please open a support ticket.
