Making MTU size changes/ jumbo frames
My company has a VNX 5300 system. We are looking to enable jumbo frames in our VMware environment. Anyways, if I change the MTU size on the iSCSI ports on the VNX using the EMC web GUI, will I have to reboot the system for the changes to take effect?

You can change the MTU on the SP ports and do not need to reboot the SP. Make sure that all devices are set - host, switch, SP ports.
You should also do some testing to see if this works before committing - sometimes larger MTU's are be slower.
