Manage Another Computer is freezing for VNXe Shared Server

Dears, I have created a shared server on VNXe for CIFS shares and it is integrated to active directory. The IP of the shared server is 10.10.10.10 and its name is VNXSS in DNS. When I PING VNXSS from the domain administrator PC, i get a response from 10.10.10.10 which means there is reachability and name resolution is working. However, I am having two weird issues related to it, as follows: -     I created a share on the server named IT, i can browse \10.10.10.10\IT from the administrator PC, however, when i try to browse using the name \VNXSS\IT it is not giving any result. -  I need to set permissions to the IT share, so when i click Manage another computer from the administrator PC and enter the shared server IP 10.10.10.10, the window is freezing and i cannot access the shared left button to get access to the shares and set their permissions. Hi Michael,

Where there any changes made on the shared folder server "10.10.10.10" after its creation in DNS or any of the settings on the VNXe GUI under managment settings? Can you create another test shared folder server, join to domain and map some shares to it and try accessing the share via name.

For the issue with freezing the "manage another computer", I would request you to check the version of code running on the VNXe. If its older than 2.1.3 I would recommend you to have it upgraded to 2.1.3 and than try setting the permissions.
