Bot normally only partners or distributors and of course EMC-guys have access to the portal, i'm not sure about for customer. But I'm sure that one of these will help you if you'll ask.
Ok, I successfully got my report from app.mitrend.com, and it's very nice. But it's lacking the graphs of the stripe temperature I was hoping for -- the author of FAST VP: Let it do its job! - FastStorage said that he got them from Mitrend. Is there an option I missed, or does the emc.mitrend.com version for partners do something the app.mitrend.com version for customers doesn't?

Check the mitrend site again - I remember there were different scripts there for additional data collection
