nas don't save excell files with windows 10
hi all,
I'm traying to save a excell file at nas vnx 5300 using windows 10.
but the file doesn't appears in NAS.
howewer it's possible to save in local.
any suggestions?

please move your post to the VNX area since a 5300 isnt a Celerra model

press refresh on your Windows client file explorer
check via ftp/NFS or from another Windows system if the file was written but just doesnt from the client that saved it - that would point to a problem with caching on the Windows 10 client
upgrade to the latest available VNX OE
if you are already on the latest VNX OE take a network trace and open a service request
