NDMP Backup and Forever Incremental

I'm curious on other customer experiences regarding backup VNXe CIFS file shares.  Our current challenge is the bottleneck of performing a full backup, the window for a full backup of a 15TB volume is way larger then our allowable backup windows.  Does anyone have success with backup software supporting NDMP and some way of forever incremental backups?  Once we run the initial full backup, the incremental should be fine and not affect our production and be tolerable within our backup windows.
