NGTRiiAGE is expired
Hi,
I 'm an EMC partner, but cannot use NGTRiiAGE tool (v27.0.0)with expiration.
When can you download the new version? .I hurry for customer support .

That's the part that they're looking into as this is supposed to be an automatic update when a new version is released (it also did not update internally either).

NGtriiage 27.0.9 is now available for download from via support.emc.com, do a search for ngtriiage

Hope this finds you having a wonderful day.
I'm a pattern watcher....so please bear with me. Looks like there is a repeatable pattern of it takes about 9-10 days before the new update is available, after the previous one expired.
This seems easily fixable.
If EMC knows that it will take more time to release a product than the 90days, rather than disrupt work for external and internal customers. Why not just create a rule on the expiration module? Allow it to extend out the expiration period...if the new tool is not available yet.
Again just watching patterns, it seems this has happen 50% of the time this last year (according to this string)
50% reduction of disruption seems like an easy sell for making to tool stay up and running when this issue happens.
Again all of these responses, as well as I'm sure as you see internally, this tool is really important for all of us.
