Hi,
Today a Emc support man has solved the problem. He've changed some line in a config file in service mode via ssh.
thanks

Hi Matteo,
Please log a service request for the issue with configuring LACP.
Please use the URL https://supportbeta.emc.com/servicecenter/servicecenter_landing.htm for raising a service request.
To take the advantage of port redudency ie configuring LACP, you must be configure it from both VNXe as well as from switch.
Regards
Shivanand

I installed SP3 (2.0.3.13400). I have the same exact problem, SP3 did not help.
I'm going to call support to have them get this fixed.

Hi,
Thanks for your question.
Do you have any other errors in the logs? The best option is to do what it says and call phone support so they can take a look.
Let us know if you have any additional questions.
