we install vnx 5400 unified storage in our customer site.installation and cabling completed.

how to re-run VNX Initialization Assistant (VIA)because my first VIA wizard stuck and closed it.second time i was run but not discovered mac address.please help to fix this issue.how to do factory default control station.i can login to cs0 with unisphere and console.

but working local credentials only(not global).

if anybody know how to add manualy all DPE,DM,DAE to control station,plz give to instruction.
