The OS is up... but i have 4 vhba's 2 for boot and 2 for data... all the 8 hba's are showing under onegroup i manually edit 4 as boot and 4 as data... after clicking the refresh all goes back to same... thats why i need to disable the agent on array...

why do you need to disable it if the OS is not up anyway ?
