There is something wrong with your backend config

You can try troubleshooting yourself using nas_storage, server_checkup and server_devconfig or open an SR to get support to take a look

With the LUNs down to 1 path it could also be a SP or port/cable failure

A screenshot isn’t enough to troubleshoot this

Most likely the storage rescan or even addition of the LUns hasn’t caused this – it merely triggered a storage check

Hi ,

check in Unisphere the host initiator logins for the storagegroup ~filestorage .

There must be two entries for every datamover .

Check also the correct FC cabeling .

The proper way is to troubleshoot what exactly is wrong by looking at the data mover logs and the CLI commands

If you don’t have the experience doing that I would suggest to open a service request with EMC or your EMC partner support
