Share their cisco switch configuration for aggregation
Would any of you guys who have aggregated the ports on the VNXE like to share your cisco port channel configuration when aggregating the ports on the vnxe 3100 san?
I am asking because I have run into a situation where only 2 out of the 4 port aggregate is receiving traffic. I just wanted some kind of confirmation.
Appreciate any help.

I think this is the expected behavior. Even though you have aggregated 4 ports, if you dont have enough traffic flowing, you will not see activity on all 4 ports. Meaning, in your setup, only 2 out of 4 ports were necessary to perform the transfer.

Hi,
VNXe supports LACP and is uses MAC hash policy for traffic distribution, Hence the ports used will depend on how many hosts/NIC's connecting to the VNXe as the MAC address is a static entity and remains same for the NIC's connecting to the host.
