If you cannot find the exact error in the knowledgebase I would suggest to open a service reqeust

Hello system4youpl,
If you follow the steps listed in the KB you shouldn’t have any issues. Are you currently experiencing any issues with trying to perform your upgrade?

I have followed the mentioned KB and it's appearing now in Software Tab.
However it should appear as "SHA2Support" and not KB488877 as shown in the KB.
