Unable to upgrade block code

Question

Hello all, Trying to update the code on a VNX5200 Block only array and getting the this error in USM after transferring the package ' List of packages not installable because either one or more packages are required to be installed at the same time or incompatible with already installed packages:VNX-Block-Operating-Environment' Seem to be a hang up from a previous update but I cannot see how to clear out the packages, has anyone come across this before?

If you cannot find the exact error in the knowledgebase I would suggest to open a service reqeust

Hello system4youpl, If you follow the steps listed in the KB you shouldn’t have any issues. Are you currently experiencing any issues with trying to perform your upgrade?

Morning Sam I have followed the mentioned KB and it's appearing now in Software Tab. However it should appear as 'SHA2Support' and not KB488877 as shown in the KB.
