Unable to upload .pbu bundle : VNX5300

Hi Community,

I'm trying to update my VNX5300 but cannot upload the CX5-Bundle-05.32.000.5.249.pbu bundle.

It shows the following error message :

Does anyone have an idea about this error message.

One possible issue is the file was corrupted in download. I'd wait a couple of days, then try again. If you're still seeing issues, then open a service request with support.

Unisphere are unable to download any package.. Missing User Information at browser side .. (code 401). I believe that this block the tool or some change on Dell side are blocking anonymous access to dl.dell.com site.

Yeah, that is the latest version. I will try to find out if they made a change on the site.
