Using Sharedup if share structure changes after migration

Hello, Have a site with appx 4000 shares that need migrated from CIFS server to VNX File. EMCopy will be used for the data migrations. Hoping to use Sharedup to recreate all the shares, however the share structure for these 4000 users will be collapsed into a different structure on the VNX.  So am curious to know if ShareDup can still be used, or if all shares will need to be manually re-created on the VNX as a result..   Example: Current Share Structure:  //CIFSSERVER1/usershares/dept1/jdoe       (Usershares is the file system and there is a share for jdoe created from this full path) New VNX Share Structure:  //CIFSSERVER2/dept1/jdoe                       (dept1 is now the new filesystem and jdoe needs to be share from that path So since the path structure is not identical after migration from source to target using emcopy,  will sharedup be able to used? I have used sharedup before, but not when the filesystem and share path structures have changed after migrations.. Thanks everyone,

You can use the /FO option of Sharedup in order to create an output file (no share created at that time)

Then edit the output file (it will indicate the structure) in order to reflect the target path and the run Sharedup again with /FI

Be careful when editing the file, use worpad if it contains international characters and make sure you do not remove last line
