You can use the /FO option of Sharedup in order to create an output file (no share created at that time)
Then edit the output file (it will indicate the structure) in order to reflect the target path and the run Sharedup again with /FI
Be careful when editing the file, use worpad if it contains international characters and make sure you do not remove last line
As always, read the documentation and run a test before
