Using VSS on a VNX

Question

Hi, I have a new VNX5300.  Windows file shares from the old SAN have been migrated to CIFS exports on the VNX5300.  Since the VNX5300 is acting as the CIFS server, I can't run Windows Volume Shadow Copy Service (VSS) to provide Previous Versions functionality to end users. Is there any way to enable VSS functionality on a VNX5300?  I currently have CIFS and NFS protocols available. Thanks
