Hello,Which section should I change the password in? Also can anyone explain the two scenarios below?When I try to change the password through Global Users of the sysadmin account. I get an error. Modify user unsuccessful: Failed to get version information from Control Station. Collect diagnostic data and contact your service provider.Error connecting SSL. What exactly is getting shutdown when I change the password?

Hello KevinMurphyITP,

When you change the password, you will need to logout of unisphere. The error message that you are getting is saying that you will need to logout and then log back in with the new password.
