VNX Serial Connection - Instructions & Requirements
Has anyone found recent documentation that explains the requirements & instructions for making a serial connection to a VNX storage processor? Any of the documents that I've found are archaic & are referencing Windows XP. I'm specifically interested in Windows 8 and/or 7.

I was never able to successfully get putty to work using either of those settings. Using Solve, I found instructions to create a dial-up PPP connection, but that didn't work either unfortunately. A CE came onsite & was successful. I'm wondering if is a Windows 8 issue. Anyone else done this using Windows 8?
