Hi,

We have a customer who has VNX5300 and we had a SPS issue recently on this system. The SPS was replaced thinking that it should be faulty, But even then the SPS was showing Empty and Cabling status unknown. Also we tried doing the following

1) Replace the SPS along with the sense cable and the power cable

2) Shut down the system completely

3) Swap the SPS between the SP and the problem got shifted to this SP as well

4) And then replace the SP

The problem still persist and we are now thinking to do a Flare upgrade on this system. The client system is running on Flare 05.32.000.5.204.

I need to know whether it is really the problem with the Flare or is there anything else that needs to be tried as well.

If the code upgrade will solve the issue, then kindly let me know which Flare version should I upgrade the system to.
