vnx5400 + windows server 2012 Hyper-V failover cluster

Question

We have a 3-node 2012 Cluster that is currently non-production.  We are using MPIO, the default Microsoft DSM, Cluster Shared Volumes, Failover Clustering, and an EMC VNX5400 with FCoE.  The LUNs presented to the hosts are instantly recognized by disk management.  Initialization also seems to be fine.  Formatting the volumes for CSVs causes disk management to freeze and the host will eventually crash.  I wonder if any of you have experience with this configuration and if I can answer any questions you may have to lead us to resolution.

I had no idea about the VNX documentation portal.  I will definitely investigate that. I used mpclaim.exe -e to list the devices and mpclaim -n -i -a to set them.

Did you follow the 'Attach Server' guide generated by VNX documentation portal https://mydocuments.emc.com/requestMyDoc.jsp ? Have you set the Windows native failover properties by mpclaim.exe command ?
