VNXe Connection Utility

Hi, I have a Dell EMC VNXe 1600 storage array, but I don’t know its management IP address. Is it possible to use the VNXe Connection Utility to discover or assign the IP address, or could you provide some guidance on how to find it? Ideally, I would also like to know whether this application can still be downloaded somewhere, or if it has been replaced by another tool. Thank you very much.
