Thank you very much! Now I have another problem, I can't find the product license and I dug around on the DELL website without success! And the EMC website is dead... Is there a way to restore it? Otherwise I have no way to create the POOL.

Phone support may be able to get it. Otherwise, you will have needed to have backed it up in advance.
