vnxe3200 mode service

hi

vnxe3200 is still in service mode,one sp ip is reachable only mode servie i can't access it with admin password and i havent password account service

same with putty i can loggin with admin and password admin

we have changed one sp fault to new but still the same problem, no loggin with admin

how to fix it
