Issue with Dell Vostro 3470.

Hi,

Today morning ( 22-09-2020, Tuesday ) when I booted my pc it showed me a on screen notification stating: "Your ePSA test has not been scheduled", It had three option at the bottom of the screen: Continue, BIOS Setup, Diagnostics. I clicked on continue, then my pc booted into windows 10. Why this happened? Is there any issues with my pc? Please look into this issue.
