Vostro 3500
I am facing an issue please someone guide what's the actual issue is? My Dell vostro 3500 laptop not turning on when i press power button the capslock light turn on and then immediately turn off and after that laptop is not turning on and the charging light remains turn on but laptop is not turning on and it's battery is non removable and after that i press the power button many time and also for long time but no response will be shown on screen and it's not turning on

There are two different Vostro 3500 models -- one from 2012, and the other from 2021. Which do you have?
In general:
Unplug the system, remove the base cover and disconnect the battery from the mainboard and hold the power button for 30 sec. Remove and reinstall the memory module(s) and storage drive. Reassemble and try booting again.
