Bad technical service

I purchased a dell Vostro laptop which is still in warranty but I face a problem with touchpad of my laptop. 

I try to connect with dell technical team but they are not responding properly, & my problem is not solved.

I request dell team to connect me through my mail id and resolve my problem as soon as possible.
